1) Copper Wire Scrap – Grade A and Grade B (Millberry / ISRI: BARLEY / BERRY)

Grade B – ISRI: Berry

Quantity: 2,000 MT per month, for annual contracts
Origin: DR Congo, USA, Turkey (depending on seller’s allocation)
Inspection: SGS or equivalent

2) Copper Cathode (non-branded)

Quality Standards

​

• Purity: Minimum 99.99% Cu (Grade A), according to LME and ASTM B115
• Dimensions: Approx. 914 × 914 mm, thickness 6–12 mm
• Weight: About 100–125 kg per piece
• Allowed impurities: Strictly defined limits for Pb, Fe, S, As, Bi, Se (ppm level)
• Packaging: Bundles of 1–2 tons, secured with steel straps, unbranded but

with batch and melt numbers
Origin: DR Congo, USA
Price: Based on LME quotations with discount for non-branded cathodes

(subject to negotiation)
Quantity: Approx. 2,000 MT per month, for annual contracts

3) Copper cathode (Branded)

​

​The cathodes are made of pure copper with a copper content of at least 99.99%.

The main impurity is silver (6 to 10 ppm). Cathodes are registered on the London

Metal Exchange (LME) as “Cathodes Grade A.” They comply with the EN 1978

standard, the IWCC requirements, and ASTM B115.​

– Small ingots: 6–25 kg
– Large ingots (sows): 500–1000 kg

• Each ingot contains batch/melt number (no commercial branding)

Quantity: Up to 5,000 MT per month, for annual contracts

Quantities may vary depending on destination and market conditions.
Copper cathodes and aluminum ingots must be contracted in advance due to fixed production schedules.

 

Payment Terms for all products:

a) By irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC MT700)

Payable against standard shipping documents.
DLC must be issued or confirmed by a top 50/100 world bank.

b) By TT (MT103) with a bank guarantee

Guarantee must be issued by a top 50/100 world bank.
Payment must be made within 3 banking days after receiving documents.

c) Option:

Buyer may issue a DLC to cover monthly deliveries and make payments by TT;
in this case the DLC serves as payment guarantee.
For annual contracts, DLC validity must be 366 days.

 

We do not accept any advance payment, as this is commonly required by scammers attempting to operate in this business.

 

All other conditions will be defined in the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
A draft agreement is available on our website (“Draft SAP and DLC”).
We do not work on FOB or Ex-Work terms—only CIF destination port.
